This isn’t theory or open-ended consulting. You’ll build the foundational infrastructure every tourism organization needs to use AI effectively:
Your Deliverables:
Before your first session, you’ll complete a comprehensive survey that helps us understand:
You get: The foundations of AI intuition, a strategic review of your survey results and selection of the right AI platform for your organization.
First, we teach you the basics of AI and how to build the intuition needed to successfully and efficiently use any AI tools. Next, we analyze your survey responses together, identify gaps between your current state and AI-ready operations, review your tech stack and recommend AI platforms that integrate naturally, help you choose between ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Copilot based on your ecosystem (Google Workspace vs. Microsoft 365 vs. independent), and confirm which documents you’ll need to bring to Session 3.
Why this matters: Choosing the wrong AI platform because it’s popular wastes time. We match your platform to your actual technology infrastructure and team workflows.
By the end of Session 1, you understand how AI works, which AI platform you’re building on and what preparation is needed for Session 3.
You get: Complete AI foundations using your chosen platform (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Copilot).
This is our proven Deep Dive workshop adapted for your selected platform. We show you how the interface works and what every feature does, teach you to write effective prompts for tourism scenarios, configure custom instructions tailored to your organization, explore memory tools and structured responses to improve accuracy, and practice with real examples relevant to your workflow.
Homework after Session 2: Gather the brand documents, guidelines, and operational materials you identified in your survey. These become the raw materials for your context briefs in Session 3.
By the end of Session 2, you understand how AI works, how to interact with it effectively, and you’re ready to build custom knowledge into it.
You get: Custom context briefs that capture your organization’s essence, audiences, and operations.
This is where the real transformation happens. We start with your website as the baseline, what does AI already know about you from public information? Then we enhance and correct that baseline using the documents you’ve gathered.
For each context brief, we:
Why this is valuable: Most tourism teams don’t realize what AI infers about their brand from their website. This session often reveals messaging gaps, clarity issues, and opportunities to strengthen your digital presence. You’re not just building AI tools, you’re auditing your brand visibility.
By the end of Session 3, you will have comprehensive context briefs that teach AI exactly who you are, how you operate, and how you communicate.
You get: A working custom AI assistant that uses your 5 context briefs to generate on-brand communications.
We orchestrate your context briefs into a functioning AI project, configure it with your organization-specific knowledge and voice, test it thoroughly with real scenarios from your business (emails, social posts, guest communications, etc.), refine outputs until quality consistently meets your brand standards, and create troubleshooting guides and quality control checklists.
Bonus demonstration: We’ll also show you how to build a data analysis assistant using example spreadsheets, demonstrating how the same context engineering principles apply to operational tasks, not just communications.
What you can do with your on-brand communicator:
By the end of Session 4, you’re not just getting a custom AI assistant – you’re getting a complete AI foundation that scales with your needs. Your Sprint package includes all the context briefs we build together, plus our curated Tourism AI Playbook with pre-built templates for guest communications, social media, content planning, and review responses. You also receive post-sprint implementation resources and troubleshooting guides so you can confidently build additional AI tools as opportunities arise.
“Working with TAIN completely changed the game for us. Their AI adoption process gave us the foundation and confidence to integrate tools like ChatGPT into our daily workflows. Now, AI is part of everything we do—from campaign planning to SEO—and it’s helped us appear much bigger than we are. It’s not replacing our work—it’s empowering us to do more of it, better.”
Sprint (Weeks 1-2): Marketing team builds 5 context briefs + on-brand communicator, starts saving hours weekly
Additional Sprints (Weeks 3-6): Front desk team builds their context briefs, operations documents their workflows—everyone gets foundations
AIAF Phase 1 (Month 2): All staff trained on AI fundamentals using the context briefs already created
AIAF Phase 2-3 (Months 3+): Leadership develops AI strategy and policy, scales proven systems across departments using existing context infrastructure
Your $1500 Sprint investment applies as a credit toward the full AI Adoption Framework (pricing starts at $7500).
Workshops teach AI concepts to groups. The Sprint builds functioning organizational infrastructure through 1:1 or small group coaching. You leave with 5 context briefs and a working AI assistant, not just knowledge.
4 one-hour sessions over 2-4 weeks. We schedule flexibly around your availability – weekly, bi-weekly, or condensed if needed. You also complete a 15-20 minute survey before Session 1.
Every organization gets the same core deliverables: 5 essential context briefs and an on-brand communicator project. This ensures you get working tools in 4 hours, and teaches you the principles to build other AI assistants independently later. Custom builds beyond this framework require consulting.
Context briefs are structured documents that teach AI tools about your organization, your brand voice, values, target audiences, operations, and communication standards. They’re the difference between AI that generates generic content and AI that produces work that actually sounds like your team. Once created, you can reuse these briefs across any AI tool or future platform.
Yes. Small teams (up to 3 people) with similar workflows can participate together for one $1500 investment. Perfect for marketing teams, leadership groups, or cross-functional teams building shared AI infrastructure.
No. Session 2 is designed so it can be adapted to any level of experience. We’ve successfully delivered Sprints to tourism teams with zero AI background. You’ll watch us demonstrate everything before you’re expected to do it yourself.
You own the 5 context briefs and the on-brand communicator we built together. You’ll have complete documentation to manage and update them independently. As your brand evolves or operations change, you can refresh your context briefs and your AI tools will automatically improve.
We’ll identify this in your pre-Sprint survey and confirm in Session 1. Common documents include: brand guidelines, style guides, strategic plans, mission/vision statements, approved messaging documents, and target audience profiles. Don’t have formal documents? No problem, we’ll extract baseline information from your website and build from there.
During Session 3, we show you what AI infers about your organization based solely on your public website. This often reveals messaging gaps, unclear positioning, or brand inconsistencies you didn’t know existed. You’re not just building AI tools, you’re discovering how the digital world (and your potential guests) perceive your brand.
We help you decide in Session 1 based on your tech stack. If you’re a Google Workspace organization, Gemini might integrate best. If you use Microsoft 365, consider ChatGPT. If you want platform independence, Claude is excellent. The context briefs you create work across all platforms, so you’re not locked in.
We’re based in Calgary, AB and deliver Sprints to tourism teams anywhere in the world via video call. In-person delivery available for an additional fee.
Yes. If you complete one or more Sprints and decide to pursue the full AI Adoption Framework program, your Sprint investments apply toward AIAF pricing.
Most Sprints use ChatGPT’s Projects feature, Claude’s Projects, or Gemini’s Gems. We focus on accessible, affordable platforms your team can manage long-term without enterprise software budgets. All platforms use the same context briefs we build together.
Two reasons: (1) It helps us recommend the right AI platform for your infrastructure, and (2) We’re gathering tourism industry data to understand common technology patterns. If 90% of DMOs use the same booking system, we can build better integrations. If tourism operators use 50 different systems, we know standardization is needed. This intelligence helps us build better solutions for the entire sector.
